We require professional references, personal recommendations, proof of current CPR, and supporting documentation such as licensure applications, diplomas, training certifications, specialty board certifications, etc. All professionals complete background checks.
Performance Evaluation
We do this to improve communications, increase overall satisfaction for our employees and our clients, and to stay on top of issues and to identify best practices.
We understand that as the health care environment changes, so does our clients' needs. So we work purposefully to ensure that fluctuations in workload, patient census, and staff shortages do not adversely affect our clients.
